01
The Big Idea
MzunguZanzibar is the go-to place for expats, remote workers and long-stay visitors in Zanzibar to find answers, people and services they can trust.
02
The Problem
Newcomers to Zanzibar rely on scattered Facebook and WhatsApp groups for everything from visas and housing to finding a reliable mechanic. Good advice gets buried and it's hard to know who to trust.
03
The Opportunity
Expats, digital nomads, investors and long-stay visitors, plus local businesses and service providers who want to reach them.
04
How It Works
A searchable guide to living on the island, a directory of recommended services, community events and meetups, and a place to ask questions and get answers from people who've been there.
05
What's Already Done
The concept is defined and the mzunguzanzibar.com domain is registered.
06
What's Needed
A local community manager, content contributors and partner businesses on the island.
