About Ideas Factory

Too many ideas.
Not enough lifetimes.

Most good ideas never get built. Not because they're bad, but because the person who had them is already busy building something else. Ideas Factory is where those ideas go to find the people who will make them happen.

Why it exists

Anyone who starts things ends up with a notebook full of businesses they'll never have time for: an app sketched on a napkin, a domain bought on a good day, research for a project that got pushed aside. Left there, those ideas help no one.

Ideas Factory gives them a second life. Share the ones you won't get to, and maybe someone else will. Browse the ones other people are letting go of, and maybe one of them is yours to build.

How it works

Take it, free

Some ideas are simply given away. Read them, run with them, no strings attached.

Build together

Some creators want partners: developers, investors, operators or someone local who knows the market.

Make an offer

Some ideas come with real work behind them, such as research, a domain, branding or a prototype, and are for sale.

Every idea is reviewed before it goes live. Enquiries go through Ideas Factory, so nobody's email address is shared until they choose to share it, and sensitive details stay private until the creator decides to send them.

Who's behind it

Ideas Factory was started by Oshi Okomilo, an entrepreneur working across property, hospitality and sustainable systems, who shares ideas here as Oshkosh. Many of the first listings are Oshi's own projects, from farm and property apps to community platforms, opened up for anyone who wants to help build them.

It's a small, independent project, and it grows with every idea people share.
